Dipankar Ghosh

Executive Director and Co-CEO

Dipankar has wide experience in product design and development, aggressive profit-and-loss management, business excellence implementation, technology deployment, information-based decision making, strategic partnerships, and high-quality organization building for IT, consulting and manufacturing businesses.

He has handled a variety of strategic, operational and customer facing assignments successfully.

Dipankar has a degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta and a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute. He has worked in companies such as BHEL, Gabriel India, HP Pelzer in manufacturing and OfficeTiger (now an RR Donnelley company) in the IT-ITES sector.

Shiva Shankar

Executive Director and Co-CEO

Shiv has more than 22 years of IT experience in Manufacturing and Software industries in the areas of customer requirements and expectations management, design and construction of sophisticated but easy-to-use software and their timely delivery, IT strategy development and implementation and mentoring and managing teams.
Shiv’s specialities include System analysis, design, IT strategy, IT Planning and Budgeting, Project and Delivery Management.

Shiv has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Systems and Analysis from Bharadhidasan University, Trichy and Master of Commerce from Annamalai University, Chidambaram.

Sujit Ghosh

Advisor – Marketing and Sales

Sujit has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience. He has worked as Practice Director leading a very successful Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing practice and software testing practice for a privately held systems integration company in California.
